These little energy bites are so good. Make them small, freeze, and take one out when you need a little pick me up.
No Bake Energy Bars. (Use Gluten Free ingredients)
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
Mix, roll in balls, refridgerate. ENJOY!
(optional – 2 – 3 TBSP Coconut Oil melted, 1/3 cup Coconut)
